Research based on interviews and data, Workshop How might we, User flow, Wireframes, UI design

Working in a large company, one of the keys to success is asking to customers, without that, is risky have expensive mistake of creating something user doesn't want. Data and analytics can only tell us the "what". Research and asking to people allows you to dig deep and understand the "why" behind their behaviors. In the pages that follow you will find sample questions to help everyone start doing our own customer development and user research interviews.

5. How might we show users the prize of the selection so they know how much it will cost them?

6. How might we allow users to edit the betslip to prevent mistakes?
